Former Chief Technical Advisor for OSH ILO Office Turkey
She has over 25 years of academic and professional experience in international legal affairs, international law and international labour standards, including 17 years with the ILO. Based on her broad knowledge and experience of international labour standards both from a political and legal perspective. She has been instrumental in developing a strategic vision of international regulation of occupational safety and health as a leader of the team serving the ILO Committee of Experts on the supervision of the application of ILO’s Conventions on Occupational Safety and Health. Since her retirement, She has contributed to the implementation in practice of this strategic vision as an international consultant in different contexts. During 2014, She managed a Technical Assistance project for the improvement of Occupational Safety and Health in Turkey. She has continued to serve as an international consultant to the ILO Office in Ankara until present.
